I found the habits quite interesting and helpful. The hardest one for me to conquer will be Habit #3 - viewing problems as challenges. Although, this could put a whole new perspective on things that would make them easier to handle.
The easiest habit would be #71/2 - Play! Need I say more?

I'm surprised by how many people listed 'play' as a difficult aspect of learning. People seem to think it reflects negatively on their professionalism. I'm happy to say that I've gotten over that!
